We welcome new, returning, and mixed families. Admission considers available space, appropriate placement, required records and fees, and whether St. Kosmas is a good fit for the student and family.
How enrollment works
Four steps from interest to enrollment
Apply
Complete one family packet and one Student Profile for each student.
Review
The Academy reviews records, program fit, scheduling, support needs, and available space.
Complete
After acceptance, finish the tuition agreement, fees, required records, and orientation.
Before you submit
Prepare the right documents
New students should include all applicable records. Returning students submit only records that are new, updated, or not previously provided.
- Birth certificate or age verification
- Report card, transcript, or homeschool record
- Assessment or standardized test results
- Immunization and required health records
- IEP, 504 Plan, evaluation, or service plan
- Custody or guardianship documents, if applicable
- Homeschool intent documentation, if applicable
- Photo ID copies for authorized pickup persons
